This package will let you design barcode labels quickly and easily. The interface is simple and most people should be able get familiar with it quite easily. There is a large preview area that helps you design the label easily; you can see exactly what is being created. It is possible to import data for creating barcode via Excel, CSV, or Access files. If you needed a sequence of labels to be generated, that could be done too. You are able to print auto incrementing barcodes with this tool. If you needed multiple labels of the same code, that is possible too. Pages of such labels could be printed by simply selecting the label format, inserting a barcode, and you are ready to print. The tool comes with a user manual as well as some video training material.

Labels created could be saved in PDF format for later printing. If you needed to create barcodes in a lot of email being sent, the mail-merge function integration with Outlook would be useful. The barcode designs could be customized by what you choose to use in fonts, their sizes, color, shapes, rotation and text alignment. Descriptions can be added to the labels design. You could also have a data source supply the text description. This is a very good product and this is a good candidate for trial when you have large scale or a few labels to be created.
